        Spitfire built its reputation with this class. For a long time, it was our only offering, and it is so challenging, fun, and rewarding that it has kept us in business for over 10 years! This is the class for aspiring fighters and fitness enthusiasts, but it remains perfectly accessible to beginners and those just starting their fitness journey.

        Authentic

        Not only is the Adults class a great workout, it will teach you legitimate fighting skills. It is the most authentic form of Muay Thai, and people who train in this class will learn the skills they need to compete in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA, or defend themselves on the street.
      • What to Expect

        Warm-up

        Warm up with simple exercises like skipping, push-ups, and sit-ups.

        30-minutes Intense

        Practice pad drills with a partner, perform high-intensity exercises, and feel the burn!

        Technique

        Learn and practice every aspect of the Art of Eight Limbs. Punches, Kicks, clinching, elbows, knees, it's all here.
